| 摘 要： | 科技资源配置能力反映了一个地区科技资源运用情况。以宁波地区为对象,对该区域的科技资源现状进行分析,确定了以促进区域经济发展为目标的科技资源评价指标体系。通过对区域间科技资源配置情况对比分析,研究宁波地区科技资源配置的合理性,为宁波地区科技体制和科技政策决策提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | The allocation capability of science and technology resource stands for the situation of some religion's utili- zation of science and technology resource.In this paper,Ningbo is used as an object,and detail investigation and re- search on present situation of science and technology resources have been done on it.A index system is set up for the aim of regicnal economic development.The comparative analysis of allocation situation of science and technology re- source between regions can help us study the reasonableness of Ningbo's.Further more,the result can offer the sci- ence foundation for decision of Ningbo's science and technology system and science and technology policy. |
