| 摘 要： | “以创业带动就业”是我国政府促进高校毕业生就业的一项重要决策。大学生进行自主创业应当具备内在和外在两个方面的各种条件，个人内在方面主要包括素质养成、能力提升、市场认知和经验积累等；外部条件包括社会环境、政策支持和法律保护等。大学生创业的途径与方法主要有延迟型创业、积累型创业、依赖型创业、特长型创业等。

| Abstract: | "To promote employment by entrepreneurship"is one of the most important decisions and measures that the Chinese Government takes to promote employment of college graduates.Students should conduct their own businesses on the basis of internal and external conditions.The internal conditions of an individual mainly covers the development of quality,the promotion of capacity,the cognition of market knowledge and the accumulation of experience,etc.;the external conditions include the social environment,the support of policy and the protection by law.College graduates’entrepreneurship are mainly classified into delayed-type,accumulation-type,dependent-type,specialty-type and so on. |
