| 摘 要： | 本文利用2005年国民体质监测中河源市成年人测试样本数据，就不同锻炼水平人群的身体形态进行较为深入的比较和分析，掌握不同锻炼水平人群身体形态的现状和变化规律，得出了相关的结论，为更好地实施全民健身计划提供科学依据。
