| 摘 要： | 高等教育在发展过程中，不能只片面追求规模、速度的外延式发展，而应走追求质量、品格的内涵式发展道路。教育部由此提出了把高校“质量工程”建设作为当前重要的工程来实施的重要举措。在实施“质量工程”建设的过程中，高校应充分挖掘教师丰富的教学与管理经验、深厚的学术涵养、广阔的学术视野和崇高的职业道德精神等因素，充分调动广大教师的积极性和主观能动性，使他们成为“质量工程”的参与者、建设者和管理者，为全面推行高校“质量工程”建设作出贡献。

The Importance on Implementing Construction of Quality Project among College Teachers |

| Abstract: | Dining its development,Higher Education should follow the connotative development way of longing for quality and virtue, not for extensional devdopment with big size and fast speed. Ministry of Education proposed that Construction of Quality Project of universities and colleges has become the present essential project. In the process of implementing Construction of Quality Project, teachers＇ rich teaching and managing experience,deep academic conservation, wide academic vision and lofty spirit of professional ethics should be explored fully. Teachers＇ enthusiasm and initiative should be motivated for helping them become the participators,constructors,and managers of the Quality Project. |
