| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the current situation of inadequate in colleges and universities, it is urgent to carry out the education for ideological and political education planning employment career in the college students. The paper focuses on the ideological and political education of college in terms of objectives, contents, methods and career planning ways to innovate ideological and political education in colleges and universities. |
