| 摘 要： | 高师本科学历初中师资培养的目标及其素质目标主要是创新型师资；现有高师本科课程体系还存在定位不准、结构失衡等问题。所以高师本科学历初中师资培养课程体系应该进行科学调整。

| Abstract: | To train teachers in the junior middle schools with undergraduate diploma aims to train innovation-type teachers. However, the course system in the teachers' universities exists such problems as incorrect orientation and unbalanced structure. Thus, the course system of training teachers in the junior middle schools with undergraduate diploma should be adjusted in a scientific way. |
