发展以人为本的社区教育

摘    要:社区教育的内涵与终身教育以人为本的核心理念一脉相承,具体体现在教育目标、教育内容、教育形式上的以人为本,为人的全面发展提供环境和条件上。既满足人的基本学习需要,全面提高人的素质和生活质量,又充分发挥人的潜能,促进人的价值的自我实现。发展以人为本的社区教育,要坚持观念先导策略、资源共享策略和个性化策略。

Abstract:The intension of community education is intimately ties up with the core idea of human-based lifelong education, which is reflected in educational target, educational content and educational form and offers conditions for human's development in all-round way.It can not only meet the needs of people's basic learning and improve people's quality and their quality of life in all-round way, but also make full use of people's proficiency and promote their self-realization.In order to develop human-based community education we should stick to the idea guiding tactics, resource sharing tactics and individuality tactics.
