| 摘 要： | 以不同性别的大学生为调查对象，运用防御方式问卷（DSQ）和应对方式问卷进行测量，以探讨大学生在挫折应对方式上的性别差异，为大学生心理健康教育提供理论依据。结果表明：大学生挫折应对方式总体上没有显著的性别差异。在研究的基础上，提出了相应的教育对策，引导大学生有效使用应对方式，增强挫折承受能力，促进心理健康。

| Abstract: | To explore gender differences of frustration coping style of college students, and provide a theoretical basis for mental health education, different gender college students were investigated with Bond＇s DSQ and Coping Style Question- naire, the result shows： there are on significant gender differences in coping style. On the basis of study, some educational strategies for coping frustration are proposed. |
