| 摘 要： | 随着当今社会发展,目前档案管理在模式与观念上都不能满足工作的需要。档案工作必须引入新思路、借鉴新办法,档案管理离不开社会主义市场经济的大环境,应当有信息技术的运用,档案管理的改革探索是社会快速发展条件下多种因素综合作用的结果。
