| 摘 要： | 本文通过作者对海外工程项目的亲身参与,从四个方面对中国企业参与海外工程提出了一些建议：1）进入海外市场的模式;2）工程合同的签订;3）与监理关系的重要性;4）雇用当地员工。最后提出国内企业应该总结自身不足,努力提高业务水平以适应海外市场的激烈竞争。
