| 摘 要： | 当前,我国的高等教育已经由＂精英教育＂阶段进入到＂大众化教育＂阶段。毕业生就业问题已经成为社会关注的焦点问题,专业劣势学生的就业问题更为突出。本文分析了大学生专业劣势的不良影响,并提出专业劣势可以转化为优势。
