| 摘 要： | 随着市场经济的发展和金融危机的影响,在五金企业效益下滑的情况下,企业思想政治工作要在科学发展观的指导下坚持以人为本,尊重员工的主体地位,解决员工实际问题,构建和谐的企业文化,创造公平公正的企业氛围,增强思想政治工作的实效性,保持企业稳定和谐发展,顺利渡过危机。

| Abstract: | With the development of market economy and the influence of financial crisis,the benefit of some hardware enterprises becomes to decrease.The ideological and political work of enterprises must persist in the principle of human-oriented under the guidance of scientific development view.It is important to insist the subject position of the employees and to solve the practical problems of the employees.To construct harmonious enterprise culture and create an impartial atmosphere are indispensable to enhance the actual effect of the ideological and political work and stable development to live through the financial crisis. |
