| 摘 要： | 当今社会高速发展,对人才的要求也越来越高,要求高校必须转变以往只重视知识的传授而轻视实践和学生动手能力的教育观念。本文通过对湖南城市学院体育系实验教学现状的分析,提出了建立运动人体科学实验教学体系的初步设想,这对高校实现从知识传授到能力培养的飞跃,全面提高教育教学质量,对培养基础扎实、口径宽广、高素质的复合型体育人才有着重要的意义。
