| 摘 要： | 新建地方本科院校的新生进入大学后,由于理想与现实的矛盾,普遍存在着情绪波动明显、心理落差大等方面的问题。在教学实践中,如何帮助他们克服心理落差,做好心理调适,提高新生心理适应能力,是"思想道德修养与法律基础"课教师的职责和使命。文章以新建地方本科院校的"思想道德修养与法律基础"课为例,对此问题进行了分析并提出相应的对策。

| Abstract: | After entering into newly built localundergraduate Colleges,because of the contradiction between ideal and reality,generally freshman would suffer some problems as emotional fluctuation or psychological gap etc.In teaching practice,how to help them overcome psychological gap,adjust their psychology,increase their ability of psychological adaptation,and enable them grow healthily and graduate smoothly,is the teachers of Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis’ responsibility and mission.Taking the course Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis of newly built local undergraduate colleges as an example,the paper analyses this problem and proposes corresponding countermeasures. |
