| Abstract: | Modern circulation industry, which involves various ownership, regions and trades, is a key part of the entire national economy as well as the "hub" and link of economic operation in the socialist market economic system. The advancement of circulation modernization is highly significant for epitomizing resource allotment, accelerating economic growth, reducing circulation costs, improving comprehensive economic effects, promoting the prosperity of commodity market, satisfying the demand of social consumption, standardizing the order of market economy and bettering the investment environment of Hainan. |
