| 摘 要： | 随着我国公民政治参与的扩大为维护政治稳定,充分发挥政治参与的积极作用,克服非理性参与,政治参与制度建设就显得格外重要和必要。通过坚持和完善我国公民政治参与的根本制度、基本制度和一系列具体制度;建立健全公民政治参与机制,努力实现政治参与的制度建设和政治稳定的良性互动。

| Abstract: | With the expansion of civil politics participation in our country,in order to keep politics stable, fully play the positive role in the political participation, overcome the irrational participation, the political participation system construction appears especially important and essential. Through persisting and perfecting the basic and series of concrete systems of civil political participation, we will realize benign interaction between the political participation system construction and the political stability, furthermore, a perfect mechanism of citizen politics participation will be established. |
