| 摘 要： | 随着中国社会现代转型的日益深入,传统德育的合法性根基遭到越来越多的质疑,德育的合法性成为当前急需回答的问题。通过探寻＂合法性＂概念的根源和发展,深入解读德育合法性的应有之义,进而审视新时期德育合法性的有效建构,使道德教育真正切合于现代社会和人的发展需要。

| Abstract: | With the advance of the transformation of modern Chinese society,the legitimate basis of the traditional moral education has come into great dispute in recent years and thus moral education legality has become a question urgently required to answer.By looking into the origin and development of legality and penetratingly interpreting the proper meanings of the moral education legality,an efficient construction of the moral education legality is built up to enable moral education to meet with the demand of the modern social and human development needs in a real sense. |
