| 摘 要： | 目的：讨论大学生焦虑水平的分布情况,以及与父母养育方式等相关的因素．方法：使用“状态—特质焦虑问卷”、“父母养育方式评定量表”和“一般资料问卷”,按现状研究整群抽样的原则调查荆门职业技术学院两个专业学生共350人．结果：大学生焦虑形成有关的危险因素有：父母的拒绝否认(FF5、MF3)、过度保护、干涉(FF3、FF6、MF2)、父母的惩罚、严厉(FF2、MF4)以及独生子女或早期有与父母隔离的个体．结论：大学生焦虑与父母养育方式有关．父母应改变对子女早期教育哺养方式,学校应重视大学生特别是独生子女及早期有与父母隔离学生的心理健康教育．

| Abstract: | Aim: To discuss the distributing of college students' anxiety level and some factors related to parents' rearing way. Method: Investigate 350 people from 2 majors of Jingmen Vocational and Technical College,using "state- trait Anxiety Inventory , "state -Trait Anxiety Inventory", "general reference guestionaire" , with the principle of present situation research integration sampling. Result: The relative dangerous factors of College students' anxiety's forming are:refusing and negating from Parents; over- protecting,interfering; sternly punishing; and the only child and the individual separated from his parents at his young age. Conclusion:The college students' anxiety is related to the parents rearing way. Parents'should change the educating and rearing way to their chicdren at their early age Colleges Should attach importance to the students' psychological health education especially to the only child, and the individuals who separate from their parents when they are veiy young. |
