| 摘 要： | 运用问卷调查、专家访谈、文献资料等研究方法，对福建独立学院体育教师职业倦怠情况进行研究，结果表明：独立学院体育教师存在较为严重的职业倦怠，据此提出了通过构建科学的激励机制缓解教师职业倦怠的思路。

| Abstract: | This paper makes use of various research methods to study on the occupational fatigue situation of P.E. teacher in independent colleges. The result shows that they have some problems with its occupational fatigue . This paper also puts for-ward some suggestions. |
