| 摘 要： | 高考平行志愿增加了考生填报志愿的选择范围、减少了高分考生落榜的数量、避免了高校生源不平衡现象,但还存在难以落实高校招生的自主权、存在一定的考生被退档风险、专业选择矛盾等问题,导致了学生和高校两大主体的自主选择权无法落实.基于教育公平的原则,平行志愿的发展方向应是实行“平行志愿、多校录取、自主选择”

| Abstract: | The parallel application provides the candidates more choices,reduces the situations of high-score candidates lost the opportunities of entrancing colleges,and avoids the phenomenon of candidates numbering difference.However,there are still some problems,such as difficult for colleges to implement the enrollment autonomy,increasing the risk of retreating,and hard to choose majors.It is impossible for candidates and colleges to implement the autonomy essentially.The article points out that based on the principle of educational equity,the development of parallel application should be "parallel application,enrolled by several colleges,independent choice". |
