| 摘 要： | 为推动田径技术教学的改革，采用对比实验的方法，对分类连续教学法优化投掷教学效果进行研究。结果证明，分类连续教学法有利于促进运动技能间的迁移，加速动作技能的形成，提高了教学效率。

| Abstract: | In order to push forward the reform of technique teaching in track and field, using compare experiment way, study its effect on throw teaching. Studies show that, the classified & consecutive-teaching-method can promote the skill migration and formation with advantage. Raised their teaching efficiency. |
