| 摘 要： | 海峡西岸经济区是以台湾海峡西岸的福建省为依托．北连“长江三角洲”、南接“珠江三角洲”、东与台湾一水相隔的区域优势所构成的经济区。文章主要运用“优住经济效益”、“规模经济效益”等宏观经济理论。从系统分析的观点，论述了“海峡西岸经济区”的功能定位和发展措施。

| Abstract: | With Fujian Province as the foundation, the west coast economic area of Taiwan Straits boasts prominent location, which is connected with the Yangtze River Delta area in the north and the Pearl River Delta area in the south, and facing Taiwan Island. Applying the theory of economic efficiency of prominent locations and of scale, the article expounds the functional orientations and measures of development of the economic area from a systematic perspective. |
