闭环供应链主体低碳行为的影响因素分析

摘    要:针对目前日益严重的环境问题,在以低消耗、低排放、低污染和高效能、高效益、高效率为基础的低碳经济模式下,应积极倡导闭环供应链主体实施低碳行为。通过对文献的思考及我国闭环供应链主体行为发展现状的认识与了解,依据物流、资金流、服务流、产品流和信息流的运作流程,分析得出影响闭环供应链上供应商、制造商、物流商、经销商、消费者和回收商六大主体实施低碳行为的因素,进而依据问卷设计和调研,获得原始数据,采用粗糙集法对众多影响因素进行属性筛选,约简掉冗余的信息,建立闭环供应链主体低碳行为能力指标体系;为使主体更好地实施低碳行为,使用统计学软件SPSS对指标量表进行信度与效度分析,在确保体系具有较好的可靠性与有效性的前提下,运用结构方程模型法构建闭环供应链主体低碳行为评价模型,使用LISREL软件编程得出各影响因素作用的路径图,充分发挥SEM可以同时处理多个变量并能对变量进行误差调整的优势,针对影响各主体低碳行为因素的影响程度不同,提出提升实施低碳行为的具体措施,为闭环供应链主体实施低碳行为提供有力的理论依据和实践指导。

Abstract:According to the current serious environmental problems and the low carbon economic mode with the foundation of low consumption, low emissions, low pollution and high activity, high benefit, high efficiency, we should advocate the low carbon behavior of closed loop supply chain subjects. In this paper, through the reflection upon many documents and the understanding of the behavioral development of closed loop supply chain subjects in China, we got the factors that influence the implementation of low-carbon behavior of six subjects (suppliers, manufacturers, logistics providers, dealers, consumers and recyclers) in closed loop supply chain on the basis of the operation process of logistics, cash flow, service flow, product flow and information flow. Then we established the low carbon behavior ability index system with the raw data obtained by questionnaire design and research and the useful information got by screening the property of a number of affecting factors with rough set method. In order to make the closed loop supply chain subjects better implement low carbon behavior, we made an analysis of the reliability and validity of the above index scale with statistical software SPSS. Besides, we built an evaluation model of closed loop supply chain subjects’low-carbon behavior with the structural equation model method on the premise of good reliability and validity of the system. The evaluation of low carbon behavior of closed loop supply chain subjects is one of the important contents in this field. Results of the evaluation are important basis for decision-making, obtaining competitive advantage and maximum profit. After that, we gained the path chart of each influence factor by programing with LISREL software. By giving full play to SEM’s advantage of being able to handle multiple variables and adjust the error and considering the different impact degrees of influence factors of each subject’s low-carbon behavior, we put forward the specific measures for improving the implementation of low carbon behavior, thus providing strong theoretical basis and practical guidance for the implementation process.
