| 摘 要： | 采用超声心动图研究30名体操运动员和30名普通学生在安静时、伐式动作时、伐式动作结束后3种状态下心脏功能的指标.结果表明:安静时对体操运动员而言,早期专门化训练对他们心脏的发育、完善产生了积极的影响;体操运动员的心功能在伐式动作这一应激状态下,表现出较强的代偿能力;长期系统的训练,体操运动员的心血管调节机能获得了适应性改善.

| Abstract: | We use echocardiography to study the function index of the heart of 30 gymnastics athletes and 30 ordinary students when they are calm asphyxiate after asphyxiat It shows that: early specialized training produces a positive influence on their hearts' growth and perfection when gymnastics athletes are calm;the functions of their hearts express strong compensatory abilities asphyxiat;the adjustment functions of their cardiovascular systems have acquired adaptable improvement because of the long-term training. |
