摘    要:认知能力、提高应用能力和综合设计创新能力是专业实训人才知识能力建构的三个重要指标,阶梯式数控车削实训根据这三方面的要求设置教学内容及阶梯引导模块,通过特色实施各模块内容,反馈评价各模块的教学效果,可优化教学的软、硬件资源配置,拓展不同专业、不同技能层次的阶梯实训教学内容,实现分专业、分技能阶梯实训教学的目标,发挥数控车削实训绩效,实现创新型技术人才的零距离培养。

Abstract:Cognitive ability, upgrading the practical ability and comprehensive design innovation capability constitute the three important indicators for shaping professional knowledge capacity, by which teaching contents and ladder guiding modules are designed in the practical training in numerical control turning machining. By implementing each module and performing feedback evaluation on the teaching effect of each module, teaching software and hardware resource configuration can be optimized, and the ladder practical training contents in different specialties and different technical levels can be expanded, giving full play to the practial performance of numerical control turning machining and realizing "no gap" cultivation of innovation technical talents.
