| 摘 要： | 深入考察由桥吊操作引起坠箱事故可能发生的原因,绘制出事故树,找出基本事件,然后对其进行定性分析,给出基本事件的结构重要性排序.针对分析结果,提出合理化的意见和建议,为管理部门制定关于预防坠箱事故的安全措施提供决策依据.

| Abstract: | All the potential reasons for container falling by making on-the-spot investigations are researched in order to draw the fault tree and to find out the basic events.Then the tree is analyzed by its quality to order the significancy of the basic events through its structure.Some reasonable suggestions based on the results are given out which can offer decisive basis to work out the related prevention measures. |
