摘    要:中国古代书院采用肯定生徒个体性的分年教育和因材施教,注重知行合一的品德践履,营造潜移默化的德育环境和实施颇具实效的考评制度等德育方法。书院的德育实施方法具有注重在逻辑上的贯通性,在程序上的完整性,在实践上的可操作性等特征。
