| 摘 要： | 教风建设是提高教育教学和人才培养质量的重要保证。当前高职院校教风建设中仍存在教师师德缺失、教学业务水平低、教学工作不规范等问题。高职院校应着重从注重师德教育、提高教学业务水平、强化教学工作规范、深化教学改革等方面加强教风建设。

| Abstract: | Teaching style construction is an important guarantee to improve the teaching and the personnel training.At present,in the construction of teaching style,there are still some problems such as the shortage of teachers' ethics,low quality of teaching and irregularity of teaching standard.To strengthenthe teaching style,vocational colleges should improve teachers' ethics,teachers' teaching level,strengthen the teaching standards and deepen the teaching reform. |
