| 摘 要： | 学习支持服务是一个由多个方面组成的工作系统;只有在科学发展观指导下,才能使学习支持服务工作高效优质地进行。做好学习支持服务工作需要统筹教学服务、教务服务和技术服务;统筹教师、管理人员、技术人员;需要处理好现代远程教育体系中硬件和软件的关系、提高人员素质、对该项工作进行全面的科学研究。

| Abstract: | Learning support service is a systematic work which incorporates many aspects.Only under the guidance of the ＂Scientific Outlook of Development＂,could the task of learning support service be accomplished efficiently and with high quality.Learning support service requires integrally dealing with teaching service,education administration service and technique service.It also needs comprehensive cooperation from teachers,administrators and technicians.Besides,it is of great significance to balance the relationship between hardware and software in modern distance education system,enhance the staff quality,and conduct overall study of learning support service. |
