| 摘 要： | 高职高专会计学专业是一个实践性、操作性很强的专业，实践教学是必不可少的内容。加强和改革高职高专的实践教学，培养“宽口径、厚基础、强能力、高素质”的大学生，是经济发展对人才标准所提出的新要求。高职高专会计专业的教育应加大实践课的教学力度，培养学生的操作能力和自主创新能力。离职高专院校会计专业实践性教学应形成一个完整的教学体系。从培养方案、教学形式、教学方法与手段、实践实训条件及实训教师队伍建设等方面入手，提高高职高专院校会计专业实践教学质量，培养应用型、复合型会计人才。

| Abstract: | Accounting specialty in higher vocational colleges is one of strong practice and operation, so practice teaching is the most important part. Strengthen and reform practice teaching in higher vocational eolleges to cultivate＇college students of wide scope, sound base, strong competence and high quality is the new requirements of economic development to personnel. Therefore, accounting specialty in higher vocational colleges should strengthen practice teaching to cultivate students＇ operation and innovation competence from cultivation program, teaching form, teaching method and means, practice condition, and practice tutor so as to improve the practice teaching quality and cultivate applied and versatile personnel. |
