| 摘 要： | 行政权的行使纳入司法审查符合我国的宪法，是我国规范行政权行使的现实需要，也是行政机关正确合法发行职责的需要。加强行政权行使的司法审查，需要改变为民作主的观念，借鉴国外发达国家的经验，修改我国现行的法律、法规。

| Abstract: | Bringing the exercise of executive power into judicial review accords with our constitution. It is not only the practical demand for normalizing exercise of executive power, but also the requirement of legitimate right to issuing executive responsibilities. To strengthen the judicial review of exercise of executive power, we should change the concept of making decisions for people, learn from experiences of developed foreign countries, and revise our current laws and regulations. |
