| 摘 要： | 全面发展观是我国所倡导和践行的人的发展观。这一发展观自确立以来，对它的阐释、质疑和辩护就从未停止过。对全面发展观的各种质疑和辩护进行批判性分析不难发现，这些质疑与辩护既有合理之处，也不乏谬误之处。当今的时代已步人知识经济时代，知识经济时代呈现出国际化和综合化、多样化和个性化、整体化和和谐化三大特征。在新的时代背景下，应坚持与发展人的全面发展观，倡导基于个性的全面和谐发展。

| Abstract: | The view of human all - round development is the view which our country proposed and carried out. Since the appearance of this concept, scholars have been continuously expounding, criticizing and defending it. Taking a critical analysis on the criticisms and defenses about all - round development concept, it will not be difficulty for us to find that there are both rightness and wrongness. The present era has stepped into the era of knowledge economy. The era of knowledge economy is characterized with internationalization and combination, diversification and personalization, integration and harmonization. In the new era, the concept of all - round development should be upheld and further developed, meanwhile, the all - round harmonious development based on personality should be proposed. |
