| Abstract: | It is urgent to reform education investment system. The paper, aiming at solving the problem in reformation of Xinjiang educational system, explains by an all - round way that developing education in ethic poor area in Xinjiang, must solve all problems, such as funds shortage and so on, which restrict regional education development, in order to provide useful reference for decision - making in the reformation of Xinjiang education investment system in western development. |
