| 摘 要： | 文章基于Lakoff和Johnson对概念隐喻的界定,以2012年美国主流媒体《纽约时报》14篇对钓鱼岛冲突的新闻报道作为语料,运用Charteris-Black提出的隐喻批评性话语分析方法,对英语新闻语篇的冲突隐喻进行分析和研究;分析表明冲突类英语新闻语篇的概念隐喻类型主要为冲突隐喻,其劝说功能显而易见,体现了报道者在特定语境下的政治倾向。

| Abstract: | Based on the definition of conceptual metaphor by Lakoff and Johnson ,14 pieces of news discourse on Diaoyu Island conflict in New York Times （ 2012 ） are used as material to analyze and study conflict metaphor of English news discourse from the perspective of critical discourse analysis proposed by Charteris-Black.The result of analysis shows that English con-flict news discourse is dominated by conceptual metaphor with obvious vocative function ,which displays journalists ’ political inclination in specific context . |
