| 摘 要： | 经由文献分析了在彭真主持修改下,最终载入82宪法的法律面前人人平等原则的内涵与特色.彭真从宪法层面,确立了执政党与宪法的关系,奠定了中国的宪政基础.执政党带头遵守宪法和法律,是宪法和法律发展的动力所在,也是法律面前人人平等原则的内在要求.这也是对新中国宪法颁行的纪念.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes under Peng Zhen presiding over, the principle that everyone is equal before the law eventually loaded 82 Constitution. Peng Zhen has established the relationship between the Party in power and the constitution, and built the constitutional foundation of China. The Party leading to abide by the constitution and law is the power of the development of the constitution and the law, is also a basic requirement of the principle of equal- ity before the law. Meanwhile, it is the best memorial to the constitution of the People＇s Republic of China enacted. |
