| Abstract: | Teachers play a very important role in the reform of mathematics teaching. The lag in their teaching concepts and the deviation in their understanding of reform principles and policies will result in the departure of teaching practice from teaching reform, thus hindering the reform from going on smoothly. It is therefore an essential part in the reform of mathematics teaching for teachers to acquire a better theoretical understanding and improve the ability of scientific research on teaching in various ways. |
