| 摘 要： | 建立创新型国家对于高等教育提出了新的要求,本文对于创新进行了界定,并提出创新的关键在于商业模式的设立.清华大学领导力实验室结合自学习、自组织的特征映射原理,开展了相关实践进行分阶段创新思维训练,为高等工程教育中创新思维的培齐提供了借鉴.
