| 摘 要： | 以技术能力为基础的企业技术创新能力是一系列不同能力的组合。以产业中普遍存在的技术溢出为背景和工具，建立了一个包含技术合作企业和外围企业的两阶段博弈模型，比较研究了两类企业的技术溢出对参与技术合作企业技术创新能力强化的可能性、作用机理以及相应的实现条件。此外，还指出通过技术合作来强化技术创新能力是企业获取持续竞争优势的一种理想和可行的选择。

| Abstract: | The capability of technological innovation of an enterprise based on technical competence is a combination of a series of different capabilities. By taking technology spillovers which exist widely in industries as an analyzing tool and the background for demonstration,a two-stage game model is proposed,in which both participating enterprises in technological cooperation and peripheral enterprises are considered as two different types of players,and a comparative study is conducted to examine the possibility,mechanism of interaction and conditions for implementing the model needed to strengthen the capability of technological innovation of the participating enterprises,which is due to technology spillovers from both types of players in the model. It is also pointed out in the article that strengthening the capability of technological innovation of enterprises through technological cooperation is a practical and ideal choice for participating enterprises in gaining competitive advantage. |
