| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代以来，社群主义思想已在政治学、哲学、社会学、伦理学等领域产生了深远影响，其理论也从欧美开始向全球范围内广泛传播，并已在实践中逐渐发挥作用。我国学者正是在这一时期开始关注这一思潮的。社群主义提倡社群优先于个人、公共利益优先于正义，对当代自由主义的个人至上价值观、相对正义观、中立国家观进行了尖锐的批判。当前，社群主义研究已取得突出成果，但尚有许多问题有待深入研究。

| Abstract: | Since the 1990s communitarianism has inserted profound influence on politics,philoso-phy,sociology and ethics.Its theories have also spread from Europe and the United States to all over theworld and started to function.It was just at this period of time that the Chinese scholars began to becomeaware of this idea.Communitarianism advocates that association be considered prior to the individual,andpublic welfare prior to justice.It criticizes the concepts of individual oriented modem liberalism,relativejustice and the concept of neutral state The studies of communitarianism has obtained remarkable achieve-ment,though there are still many problems to be further explored. |
