| 摘 要： | 改革开放的20多年,促进了中国公民社会的逐渐发展,新的思想观念也在震荡着中国农村。但改革开放让农民受益的比例过低,农村问题已是阻碍我国顺利发展的严重问题。在这里试通过公民社会理论探讨农村公民社会的建设问题,为解决中国农村问题提供一个思考的角度。

| Abstract: | The reform and open policy has been promoting the growth of Chinese civil society.At the same time,the new ideas and views had an impact on the Chinese countryside.Because the reform and open policy hadn't given enough benefit to peasantry,the rural problems have become the serious factor in hindering our country's development.In this article,I try to find the solution of rural problems by discussing civil society theory and the constructing of civil society. |
