摘    要:师范生课堂教学能力的构建与养成是社会、学校、个体等诸多因素共同作用的结果。地方应用型师范院校应以师范类专业认证为契机,按照“一践行三学会”的总体人才培养目标,找准人才培养目标与培养规格的新定位,注重加强学生“三基三能三有”能力培养,抓好教师技能养成和校地协同创新培养,凸显实践教学,实现知识、能力、素质的一体化培养,探索师范生课堂教学能力达成的改革之路。

Abstract:The construction and cultivation of normal students'classroom teaching ability has many factors such as society,school and individual.Local applied normal universities should take the teacher's major certification as a turning point,following the overall talent training goal of"practicing teacher's ethics,learning to teach,learning to educate and learning to develop",focus on the new positioning of talent training goal and training specification.At the same time,the universities should strengthen the students’abilities of"basic theory,basic knowledge,basic skills;general ability,core ability,research ability;professional vision,dedication and innovation consciousness"and also focus on the cultivation of teachers'skills and the collaborative innovation training of the school and the university,highlight the practical teaching,realize the integrated training of knowledge,ability and quality,and explore the reform path of the classroom teaching ability of normal university students.
