| 摘 要： | 目前高校的法律基础教育不仅忽略了教学对象的法律需求，也造成了自身的严重价值偏差。要改变这样的困境，必须对法律教育的价值进行反思，构建以法制教育为中心、以素质教育为导向的法律基础教育的价值体系，才能真正发挥法律基础教育的目的。
