| 摘 要： | 我国大学生的信息素养现状距信息时代的能力要求还有较大差距。主要原因之一就是现有的信息素养教育模式不能很好地适应人才培养要求。众包作为一种全新的理念和运作模式，成为支持网络时代图书馆创新的有效途径。通过总结信息素养教育的主要教学形式，以新生入馆教育为例，对众包模式的组织与管理进行了实践探索。

| Abstract: | The main reason that there exists ucation and the requirement of the information a comparatively big gap in our country between the information ed- era is that the current information education model cannot perfectly meet the need of the innovative talents training, which must be changed through exploring a new education model. As a new idea and performance model, crowdsourcing will be an effective road to support library innovation at the net- work time. By analyzing main teaching models in information education, the paper provides a practical exploration on the organization and administration of crowdsourcing model through the example of freshmen＇s education on accessing to the library of universities. |
