| 摘 要： | 随着法国实力的不断增长,国际地位的不断提高,世界局势的不断变化。一直对美国怀有不满的戴高乐在重新执政后,开始从各个方面进行调整。特别是调整了第四共和国时期法国历届政府在外交上追随美国的做法,从各个方面向美国的霸权进行挑战,奉行抗美独立的外交政策。反对美国把法国变成北约在欧洲的工具,谋求军事上的自主权;反对美国在西方的核垄断,发展独立的核力量;反对美国冷战政策,推行普遍缓和的政策。戴高乐通过一系列的外交动作,不断地从各个方面向美国发出挑战,以彰显法国的与众不同,并且获得了一定的成效,最终动摇了美国在西方的霸主地位。
