| Abstract: | With the advent of 21st century, the world economy is changing from an industry based one into a knowledge based one. Under this circumstance, knowledge has become a key factor in economic development. Many enterprises improve their competitiveness by setting up knowledge alliance. With consideration of this concept, efforts are made in the paper to explore the meaning, function, conditions and construction of university university knowledge alliance. |
