基于模糊PID控制的CVT电液伺服系统的优化设计

摘    要:为提高乘坐的舒适性,减少汽车在变速时产生的顿挫感,提出了模糊PID算法对CVT电液伺服系统进行优化设计。建立CVT电液伺服系统的控制模型,设计出模糊PID控制器,对系统进行优化仿真。仿真结果表明,模糊PID控制器可以有效地优化系统的不确定性因素,提高了系统的抗干扰能力和鲁棒性。

Abstract:In order to improve the comfortable effect of riding and reduce the sense of frustration generated by the car when shifting,fuzzy PID control algorithm is proposed to optimize the design of CVT electro-hydraulic servo system.The CVT electro-hydraulic servo system is optimized by the development of system control model and the design of fuzzy PID controller.The simulation result indicates that the system’s uncertainties can be optimized effectively by the fuzzy PID controller,so the system’s anti-interference ability and robustness is improved obviously.
