| 摘 要： | 隐私权是一项国际人权，不容侵犯。当前对大学生隐私权的认识和保护一直以来都处在相对薄弱甚至是缺位的状态，这不利于和谐校园的构建和大学生的全面发展。文章基于“以生为本”的管理理念，从有关大学生隐私权的理论出发，探讨了侵害大学生隐私权的构成要素，表露并分析了高校宿舍管理部门对大学生隐私权侵害的一些主要现象，进而对大学生隐私权保护进行一些思考，提出若干建议。
