| Abstract: | The paper,taking the science citation index as an objective evaluation analyzes the basic scientific research in UK universities and the international trend of development.The paper divides the modern S&T international cooperation of UK universities into static self-study phase,dynamic and stable developing stage and rapid international phase,which shows that cross-border scientific cooperation is a road to S&T innovation in the future. |
