| Abstract: | The article first gives the connotation of the university innovation and entrepreneurship organizations,and then proposes that university innovation and entrepreneurship organizations face three major challenges: weak competitiveness,institutional barriers,and lack of management financial resources.Finally,taking the achievements of Nanjing University of Technology as an example,the paper proposes that university innovation and entrepreneurship organizations should take effective measures to deal with the challenges of the era. |
