| 摘 要： | 随着知识经济的发展,作为知识工作者的积聚地的高校,越来越重视基于知识管理的人力资源管理。本文从高校人力资源的现状出发,分析高校人力资源特点,查找高校人力资源管理中存在的问题,以知识管理为视角,探讨高校人力资源管理的实质,并提出基于知识管理的高校人力资源管理对策。

| Abstract: | With the development of knowledge economy,universities,as the accumulation of knowledge workers,attach great importance to the knowledge-type human resource management based on knowledge management.This paper,starting with the current situation of human resources management in universities,analyzes the characteristics of knowledge-type human resources there and finds out the problems in the university human resources management.From knowledge management perspective,we explore the essence of knowledge-type human resources management in universities and propose strategies of human resource management at colleges based on knowledge management. |
